SHIPPING :
* Orders are dispatched within 1-4 working days, subject to payment and availability of stock.
* Confirmation e-mail with tracking number will be sent to your inbox.
* Order require Signature at delivery.
* Customs duties are not included in product price, if your country collect them.
* Orders will arrive with your NATIONAL POST COURIER .
At peak times, such as launch dates and sales seasons, there may be delays up to 2-6 days in order shipment.

Bojorey operates Monday to Friday and not on local holidays. Delivery times are approximate. Bojorey declines any liability in delivery due to unforeseen events caused by your local postal service, customs clearance or force majeur events.
During sale periods or local holidays such as Christmas, Black Friday delivery will be delayed due to high volume shipments at delivery services.

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS :
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items. Return shipment for uncollected items may be subject to additional taxes, costs or charges levied by customs or other parties, none of which will be refunded by Bojorey.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION :
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or destination customs clearance.
Bojorey is responsible for your purchase during time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Upon delivery responsibility for shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient for delivery purposes which is not you then you accept that evidence of a signature by them is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Bojorey and transfer of responsibility in same way.

EXTRA DUTIES & CHARGES:
All custom duties, taxes and fees are sole responsibility of customer. Bojorey is not responsible for paying additional charges or customs procedures. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If an order is refused due to unexpected additional fees, Bojorey reserves right to charge for shipping costs both ways, as well as any additional fee that might occur.
We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries EU and outside EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
